As a Concierge in Esbjerg Denmark you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay Your primary role will be to act as a liaison between guests and the hotel staff ensuring that all requests are promptly and efficiently met

• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to answer any guest inquiries
• Ensure the security of guest belongings and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month
