We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Esbjerg As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Concierge in providing exceptional service to our guests ensuring their needs are met and their stay is comfortable and enjoyable This position is suitable for students or individuals without previous experience as training will be provided

• Assist with check-incheck-out procedures as needed
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Concierge or Front Desk Manager
