We are seeking a skilled and friendly WaiterWaitress to join our team in Esbjerg Denmark. As a WaiterWaitress you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Process payments using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service if needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiterwaitress preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English Danish language skills are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
