Job summary

All Gravy is expanding its team and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own full-cycle recruitment for a mix of commercial roles, partner with founders and leaders to define hiring needs, and build strong sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll join a small, close-knit team where ownership, collaboration, and a proactive approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with commercial focus.
• Proven ability to fill sales, customer success or related roles end-to-end.
• Independent full-cycle recruitment with sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, CS, Revenue).
• Conduct high-volume screening calls to assess fit.
• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions with an efficient interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define needs and decisions.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience with clear communication.
