Job summary

All Gravy is expanding its team and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own full-cycle recruitment for a mix of commercial roles, partner with founders and leaders to define hiring needs, and build strong sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll join a small, close-knit team where ownership, collaboration, and a proactive approach are valued.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows commercial hiring inside out. You’ll partner closely with sales and revenue leaders, source people who aren’t actively looking, and win great talent in competitive markets.

We’re a small, close knit team, so everyone’s work matters. You’ll have real ownership and independence, running your own recruitment processes and sourcing end to end, while working closely with your TA colleagues. We’re looking for someone who brings solid commercial hiring experience, can confidently advise hiring managers on what great looks like, and is ready to share ideas and best practices from day one.

You’ll join at an exciting stage. As we scale into new markets, you’ll help shape how we hire: strengthening our sourcing, and making All Gravy a place top commercial talent wants to join. What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a mix of commercial roles (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, etc.).
• Conduct high volumes of screening calls to assess fit quickly, and candidates' suitability for roles.
• Build and run sourcing strategies across multiple channels, always testing new approaches to reach candidates others aren't reaching.
• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end-to-end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define hiring needs, build assessment frameworks, and make evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: clear communication, fast feedback, and a human touch at every step.
• Maintain and grow talent pools, proactively engaging future hires and strengthening our employer brand.
• Support onboarding and early people-ops touchpoints, helping new hires get set up and settled in.

You’ll thrive here if you…

• Have 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on commercial hiring across roles like sales, customer success, account management or partnerships
• Have a proven track record of filling commercial roles end to end, from sourcing and screening to offer and close
• Can run a full recruitment cycle independently, from sourcing to offer, without needing a playbook handed to you.
• Are organised, curious, and comfortable juggling multiple open roles at once.
• Bring a hands‑on and proactive approach, you like to make things happen, not just talk about them.
• Have a disciplined, data‑informed mindset, you know your funnel, your time-to-hire, and where the bottlenecks are.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment, like to initiate new projects but also get them over the finish line.
