Overview

At Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport, we keep things real, urban, and uncomplicated. We’re looking for a barception team member who gets our vibe—someone who makes guests feel welcomed, energized, and inspired. Comfort Hotel is a leading budget hotel chain in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries, guest sales from the deli and barception, keeping the guest experience smooth and seamless
• Support guests with local tips and insider recommendations, creating a connection beyond the basics
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s urban vibe
• Work hours will be according to the schedule with shifts from 13:00-21:00, 15:00-23:00 and 16:00-00:00, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Upbeat, approachable, thriving in a fast-paced, urban environment

• Natural at creating connections and making guests feel at home
• Fast on your feet and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but personality and drive are what really count

As a barception crew member, proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
