What You’ll Be Doing

As an on-call team member, no two shifts will be the same. You will step in during our busiest periods to keep the kitchen engine running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:

• Prepping & Plating: Assisting with food prep and executing high-quality, delicious dishes from our à la carte menu.
• Maintaining Flow: Working closely with the head chef and service team to ensure food is served quickly and beautifully, even during peak hours.
• Kitchen Care: Keeping your station clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Being a Team Player: Jumping in where needed with a positive, can‑do attitude to support your kitchen crew.
