DEIF A/S is looking for a Department Manager for User Interface & Cloud Software. You will lead a 14-person software engineering team focused on the cloud platform and digital interfaces, shaping the digital experience of our products and enabling customers to monitor and optimise energy systems.

You will ensure the department has the right competencies, resources, and direction, engaging in technical discussions and guiding engineers, architects, and stakeholders toward shared goals.

• Strong understanding of cloud and web technologies.
• Ability to align teams with business goals.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
