You will drive standards for development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation, translating business needs into robust data solutions and optimizing costs for long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform team.
• Hands-on data engineering experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and modern data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) and strong SQL/Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed data engineering team across locations.
• Guide the development, operation, and improvement of a secure, scalable cloud data platform.
• Establish data engineering standards for development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into practical data solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee data pipelines and integrations from SAP into the data platform.
• Shape the platform roadmap to simplify, modernize, and optimize costs.
