Job summary

Patiro is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead active clinical study projects and serve as the primary liaison between the project team and sponsors, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

You will create and submit essential ethical documents, maintain strong sponsor relationships, and coordinate study activities with Patiro’s medical, sales and marketing teams, while leading status updates and evaluations throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage active clinical study projects, ensuring alignment with sponsor requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the sponsor, leading status meetings with the sponsor’s team and/or CRO.
• Lead Patiro’s project team and ensure ongoing evaluation and reporting on project status.
• Drive internal project meetings and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review the clinical study protocol and create EC/IRB documents for submission and approval.
• Coordinate study project activities with Patiro’s sales and marketing team and align with the medical team.
• Conduct evaluations of study projects, leading both internal and external report-out meetings.
• Review and improve Patiro’s project management process, incorporating insights and output from evaluations and lessons learned.
