Job summary

Patiro is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead active clinical study projects, coordinating the flow of information between the project team and sponsors. You will create and submit EC/IRB documents and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee sponsor communications, lead status meetings with sponsor/CRO teams, and drive internal project meetings to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical study projects.
• Ability to liaise with sponsors and CROs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Structured, methodical approach to projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active clinical study projects and ensure sponsor alignment.
• Serve as primary liaison to sponsor, leading status meetings.
• Lead project team and report on project status.
• Drive internal project meetings with stakeholders.
• Review study protocol and create EC/IRB documents.
• Coordinate study activities with sales/marketing and medical teams.
• Conduct evaluations and output from studies.
• Review and improve PM processes based on lessons learned.
