Job summary

Patiro is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead active clinical study projects, coordinating the flow of information between the project team and sponsors. You will create and submit EC/IRB documents and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee sponsor communications, lead status meetings with sponsor/CRO teams, and drive internal project meetings to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.

Patiro is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing our active clinical study projects. As a key liaison between our project team and sponsors, you'll be at the heart of delivering impactful and successful projects.

In this role, you will be leading active clinical study projects, ensuring seamless communication between our team and sponsors. You'll create and submit critical ethical documentation and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage active clinical study projects, ensuring alignment with sponsor requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the sponsor, leading status meetings with the sponsor’s team and/or CRO.
• Lead Patiro’s project team and ensure ongoing evaluation and reporting on project status.
• Drive internal project meetings and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review the clinical study protocol and create EC/IRB documents for submission and approval.
• Coordinate study project activities with Patiro’s sales and marketing team and align with the medical team.
• Conduct evaluations of study projects, leading both internal and external report‑out meetings.
• Review and improve Patiro’s project management process, incorporating insights and output from evaluations and lessons learned.
