Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD or equivalent scientific qualification with relevant industry experience.
5+ years as Medical Writer or similar in pharma with regulatory documentation knowledge.
Proven track record in process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration across global teams.
Ability to work independently on complex tasks with strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with content automation, structured content, and digital innovation is a strong advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead document automation initiatives to enable scalable content reuse across regulatory and clinical documentation.
Develop and maintain content libraries and support digital tools and content automation.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to optimise documentation processes and implement digital technologies.
Serve as SME in content automation and digitalisation, aligning with Clinical Reporting strategy.
Drive change, build capability, and lead multidisciplinary teams through complex transformations.
