Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Document Automation Specialist to lead strategic initiatives in content digitalisation within Clinical Reporting. You will steer input for digital tool development and maintenance while coordinating across a global stakeholder network to enhance regulatory content creation and standardisation.

You will drive automation adoption, contribute to long-term Clinical Reporting strategy, and influence transformations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a scientific field and relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years as Medical Writer or similar role in pharma with regulatory documentation knowledge.
• Proven track record driving process improvements, digital transformation, automation projects, or content management upgrades.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks with strategic thinking and accountability.
• Experience with content automation technologies and digital innovation is a strong plus; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead document automation initiatives to enable scalable content reuse across regulatory and clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain content libraries; support advancement of digital tools and content automation solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise documentation processes and drive efficiency.
• Serve as advisor and SME in content automation, aligning with Clinical Reporting strategy.
• Drive change, build capability, and lead multidisciplinary teams through complex transformations.
