Job summary

Altavia Group is expanding its Nordic footprint and seeking a Project Manager (Client Service & Production) in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on owning client contracts, managing print and POS projects from quote to delivery, and delivering high-quality outcomes for international clients.

You will build strong client partnerships, oversee production, work with Riga and Warsaw teams, and drive project profitability while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Client Service experience in an advertising/marketing services agency or print management.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers.
• Proactive with internal drive to own tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client partnerships and support clients in achieving goals.
• Take full ownership of client contract execution and contribute to business growth.
• Manage end-to-end projects from brief to delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to clients with industry insight.
• Manage order production, select technologies and prepare quotes/specifications.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to oversee production work.
• Prepare offers and presentations showcasing capabilities.
• Monitor deadlines, quality and budgets and address issues proactively.
• Track industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to clients.
