Job summary

Knowledge Gate Group is hiring a Client Delivery Lead to bridge Sales and Expert Recruitment and ensure end-to-end project delivery. You will partner with Account Managers to translate commercial conversations into project briefs, and own setup and delivery quality while coordinating expert relationships.

In this high-autonomy role you will source, vet, and manage experts, coordinate day-to-day execution with Recruitment Assistants, and drive process improvements to scale delivery as the company

Responsibilities

• Own and understand client projects end-to-end, managing a 360° scope.
• Partner with Account Managers on key accounts and deepen relationships.
• Translate client needs into clear project briefs and execution plans.
• Own project setup including kick-offs, handovers, documentation, and workflows.
• Maintain and improve delivery quality (expert fit, responsiveness, outcomes).
• Identify and resolve timeline, brief, or quality issues quickly and calmly.
• Build and maintain relationships with experts, guide sourcing and vetting.
• Lead full recruitment cycle from identification to onboarding and project delivery.
