Job summary

Sports Group Denmark, a Danish-owned sportswear company headquartered in Silkeborg, seeks a Strategy and Transformation Manager to execute the 2030 strategy. The role reports to the CFO and interfaces with Sales, Brand, and Finance to translate insights into measurable results.

You will lead strategic projects, drive commercial development, and manage transformation initiatives across multiple markets. Join a team focused on growth, sustainability, and tangible impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or similar.
• Strong analytical capabilities in a data-driven environment.
• Ability to structure complex challenges and translate into actionable solutions for senior management.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder management, ideally in M&A or transformation.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic and commercial partner to Sales and Brand leadership with growth initiatives and pricing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from idea to implementation and PMO lead for transformation initiatives.
• Manage M&A related projects and integration of acquired brands.
• Develop and communicate strategic priorities and long-term objectives across stakeholders.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and business cases for Executive Management and Board.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand and Finance to ensure transparency and follow-up.
