Danske Spil søger en erfaren operatør til at drive og videreudvikle vores online casino-drevne aktiviteter i Brøndby. Rollen kræver hands-on erfaring fra casinooperationer, evnen til at balancere kommersielle mål og compliance, og stærke relationer til leverandører og interne teams.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Produkt, Teknologi, Kundeengagement og Data for at optimere spiludbud, lobbystruktur og KPI-styring i en AI-drevet organisation, hvor verktøjer er integreret i din daglige arbejdsgang.

Qualifications

• Erfaring fra online casino operationer eller casino product management.
• Kendskab til casinospil, leverandører og spilleradfærd.
• Fluency i engelsk og mindst ét andet europæisk sprog.

Responsibilities

• Lede og løbende optimere dag-til-dag casino operationer.
• Administrere game portfolio, lobby, placering og resultater for at øge engagement og kommerciel performance.
• Identificere og håndtere operationelle issues og incidenter fra start til løsning.

You will own the daily operation from day one: making sure it runs smoothly, performs commercially and gets a little better every week. The set-up is new and lean, so you will also help shape how we operate.

In the Business Development & Innovation department at Danske Spil, you’ll collaborate with a skilled international team while taking responsibility for the daily casino operation. You thrive in operations – rhythm, follow-through and fixing things before players notice them – and you bring drive, commercial judgement, the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and the confidence to make decisions and do what is needed to succeed.

You need to be curious and eager to learn, improve and test how far we can push an AI-native, high-performance organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the hands-on casino expert within our Product & Business team, working closely across the organization.

You will translate the overall strategy, roadmap, priorities and KPIs into effective daily casino operations and continuous improvements.

You will make day-to-day operational decisions concerning game placement, lobby optimization, game releases, supplier coordination and operational improvements.

We are building an AI-native organization. You will have AI tools built into your daily workflow – and the curiosity and freedom to push them into every corner of the casino operation.

Running and improving the Casino

You will:

• Own and continuously optimize the day-to-day casino operation.
• Manage and improve the game portfolio, lobby structure, categories and game placement to drive player engagement and commercial performance. Identify new games, trends etc. with Online casino.
• Identify and handle operational issues and incidents and follow them through to resolution
• Maintain clear, documented and audit-ready casino processes.
• Ensure that casino activities comply with licensing conditions, responsible gambling requirements and internal controls.

Using data to drive performance

You will:

• Own and continuously track KPIs such as revenue, player engagement, game performance and supplier performance.
• Continuously test and optimize content, placement and player journeys in the game lobby based on data, player behaviour and commercial performance. Translate insights into concrete improvements and monitor their impact.

Working with our partners, suppliers and teams

You will:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with game providers.
• Monitor supplier performance, content quality and delivery, and follow up on agreed actions and improvements.
• Provide operational and performance input to strategic supplier decisions.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Customer Engagement & Growth, Data, and Legal to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines casino experience with commercial understanding, curiosity and a strong sense of ownership. You don’t need a long CV – you need to know online casino from the inside and want to run one. You enjoy getting things done in a start-up environment and bring a practical, solution-oriented approach.

You take responsibility for your own deliveries and working day. We offer flexibility, but on the basis of us working physically together as a team at Danske Spil in Brøndby.

You have:

• A few years of experience in online casino operations, casino product management, CRM or a comparable role at an operator or game supplier.
• Good knowledge of casino games, suppliers, player behavior and what drives commercial performance.
• An understanding of how regulated online casino markets work.
• The ability to combine data, customer insight and commercial judgement.
• A proactive, structured and self-led approach, and the ability to work closely with technology, data and compliance colleagues.
• Fluent in English and in at least one other European language.
