Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cargo revenue accounting or related finance operations.
• Interest in digital tools, automation and AI.
• Excellent English communication; Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Ability to work across functions and cultures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of cargo and airmail revenue.
• Perform quality checks and investigate revenue, billing, and accounting discrepancies.
• Manage Export Agent and Interline Revenue Accounting, including settlements through IATA CASS and SIS.
• Reconcile General Ledger and Accounts Receivable balances and support month-end activities.
• Review and certify cargo-related Accounts Payable invoices.
• Support and resolve complex cases together with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers.
• Help identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
