Job summary

SAS Cargo Group A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Cargo Revenue Accounting Specialist to join the Revenue Accounting team. You will help ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition and financial controls while exploring digitalization, automation and AI.

The role sits onsite at Copenhagen airport with some work-from-home flexibility under SAS policy. You will collaborate across cargo operations and finance in a small, international team of 6, work with IATA CASS/SIS, Oracle and Power BI, and

Qualifications

Understanding cargo operational flow and revenue recognition.
Experience in cargo revenue accounting or related finance operations.
Experience in airline, cargo, or logistics is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work across functions and cultures.
Interest in digital tools, automation and AI.
Excellent English communication; Scandinavian language a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely billing of cargo and airmail revenue.
Perform quality checks and investigate revenue, billing, and accounting discrepancies.
Manage Export Agent and Interline Revenue Accounting; settlements via IATA CASS/SIS.
Reconcile General Ledger and Accounts Receivable; support month-end activities.
Review and certify cargo-related Accounts Payable invoices.
Support and resolve complex cases with internal stakeholders and outsourced providers.
Identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
