Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for a site-facing PMB Coordinator in Denmark to manage the Project Management Building, ensuring safe, productive operations and clear communications with clients, authorities, and contractors.

You will oversee onboarding, inductions, site logistics, and compliance with Danish regulations, while coordinating with PMC and SPC teams to keep information flowing and records up to date.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong working knowledge of Danish.
• Familiarity with Danish safety roles and site coordination practices.
• Proficiency in BIM 360 or Procore for inductions and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMB site communications and the SPC/PMC interface.
• Oversee office and site logistics, and maintain site rules and health & safety standards.
• Manage onboarding, inductions and digital access records for workers.
• Support weekly meetings, reporting, and documentation delivery.
