Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Fredericia, Denmark, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join our on-site team. The role focuses on large-scale, complex projects, with emphasis on data centre or similar critical assets.

You will review schedules, maintain the master plan, coordinate with contractors, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and develop mitigation plans to keep milestones on track. Fluency in English and a Danish work permit are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
• Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule and delivering project status reports.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid Danish Working Permit.

Responsibilities

• Support on site scheduling team to review schedules and identify risks.
• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule.
• Prepare and monitor tasks to meet project requirements.
• Develop integrated work breakdown structure for the project.
• Integrate contract packages into master schedule.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor milestones and report against Baseline Programme.
• Verify project data with contractor to update schedule.
• Develop mitigation plans.
• Assess contractor's EOT claims.
