Job summary

NOISY MAY is seeking a Buying Assistant to coordinate Knit & Outerwear buying from collection prep to final delivery. You will handle data, orders, samples and supplier follow-up, supporting Buyers and Designers.

You will work in a fast-paced team, collaborating across BESTSELLER offices and internal teams to bring on-trend products to market on time.

Qualifications

• Educational background in buying, administration or a similar field.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong data handling and administrative capabilities.
• Interest in AI and digital tools that support work.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create styles and assortments and maintain product and order data in internal systems.
• Place purchase orders, perform order checks and follow production timelines.
• Coordinate samples and support preparation of new collections and meetings.
• Support fittings and ensure product information is updated with teams.
• Maintain daily dialogue with suppliers and international buying offices.

Do you enjoy creating structure, keeping track of details and being the person who makes sure everything is followed through?

As our Buying Assistant in NOISY MAY, you will help coordinate the Knit & Outerwear buying process from collection preparation to final delivery. You will gradually take responsibility for your own tasks while supporting the team with orders, samples, product data and supplier follow-up.

THE TEAM

You will join NOISY MAY’s Buying & Design department and become part of a larger Buying team working across both NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) and express collections. In your daily work, you will work closely with Buyers and Designers focusing on Knit & Outerwear, while also collaborating with Pattern Designers, Sales, suppliers and BESTSELLER’s international buying offices. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where we stay close to sales insights, trends and what is happening in the market. We react quickly to new opportunities and work to bring relevant products to market at the right time.

YOUR ROLE

You will help coordinate the Knit & Outerwear buying process and make sure the practical and administrative side runs smoothly throughout the buying process. You will gradually take responsibility for your own tasks, work independently and play an important role in keeping the team organised and on track.

More specifically, you will:

• Create styles and assortments and maintain product and order data in our internal systems
• Place purchase orders, carry out order checks and follow up on production, deliveries and timelines
• Coordinate samples and support the practical preparation of new collections and internal sales meetings
• Support fittings and ensure relevant product information is updated together with Buyers, Designers and Pattern Designers
• Maintain daily dialogue with suppliers and BESTSELLER’s international buying offices and follow up on agreed actions

We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant educational background within buying, administration or a similar field. Ideally, you also have some experience from a similar role
• Enjoy working with data, Excel and administrative tasks and take pride in keeping information accurate and up to date
• Are curious about AI and digital tools and how they can support your work
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
