Job summary

MAP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Architect to design operating models, map processes, and lead change across client teams. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with technology, data, and marketing experts to deliver measurable improvements.

You bring 5–8 years of experience, strong communication, and a strategic, analytical mindset. Travel to client sites and cross-functional leadership are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Ability to work in matrixed environments and across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complexity into clear narratives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to map current ways of working.
• Design operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve client ways of working.
• Identify improvement areas and provide recommendations to boost performance.
• Create operational playbooks and training materials for change adoption.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Apply AI, automation, and data insights to modernize processes.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams with project coordination.
