Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, is seeking a Business Architect to join our team in Copenhagen or London. You'll drive end-to-end ways of working for major clients, shaping operating models and value streams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, run stakeholder workshops, and translate complex requirements into actionable designs. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or similar
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, or Change Management
• Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design and operating model design
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and presenting, able to simplify complex concepts
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones

Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
• Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
• Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
• Developing and implementing solutions to support and improve our clients' ways of working
• Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness
• Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
• Engaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders — including cross-functional and executive audiences — to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templates
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance
• Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams
