Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Business Consultant to help clients across industries develop and strengthen their business through digitalisation.

You will support change management, create user guides, run trainings, map processes, and drive benefits realisation on large-scale projects in both public and private sectors.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have a few years of IT, business, and organisational experience, fluent in Danish and English, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Interest in IT and digitalisation with client-facing experience.
• Master's degree such as Cand.merc., Cand.it., Cand.scient., or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives and map processes.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and deliver user trainings.
• Conduct analyses and report on change readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and define benefits tracking models.
• Collaborate across public and private sector projects.
• Ensure IT projects are anchored within client organisations.
