Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies in Copenhagen seeks a Business Analyst for the Corporate Actions team to handle incidents, refine requirements, and drive quality assurance and UAT with customers. The role reports to the manager Ali Razvi and focuses on documentation and detailed processes.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with investments, strong attention to detail, and Danish language skills, plus familiarity with ISO15022/ISO20022.

Qualifications

• Experience with incidents management and customer support processes.
• Ability to refine business requirements and map processes.
• Familiarity with QA and UAT activities in financial services.
• Knowledge of ISO15022/ISO20022 protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by customers.
• Analyze and refine requirements related to Corporate Actions.
• Perform business gap and impact analysis and process mappings.
• Support quality assurance of the team's solutions.
• Plan and conduct internal testing and UAT with customers.

Job description

You will join our Corporate Actions team. The team works with requirements and customer-facing activities related to corporate actions. The Business analyst role offers hands-on work with customer incidents, refinement of tasks and requirements, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing with customers. Your direct manager will be Ali Razvi.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by customers.
• Analyze and drive refinement of requirements related to Corporate Actions
• Perform business gap & impact analysis and process mappings.
• Support quality assurance of the team's solutions.
• Plan and conduct internal testing & user acceptance testing (UAT) with customers.

To succeed you will have:

• A structured approach and an interest in working with documentation, notes, and detailed processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with investments and markets.
• Danish language skills.
• Experience with ISO15022 & ISO 20022 protocols.

It's nice-to-have:

• Experience with corporate actions and corporate actions event lifecycle.
