Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies is seeking a Microsoft 365 Platform/System Engineer to join the Workplace team in Roskilde. You will administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Copilot) for BEC and Danish banking customers, ensuring availability, performance and security.

You will collaborate across functions in a cross-country agile team, deliver webinars on new services, and support incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Office, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot).
• Fluency in Danish and English; customer-oriented with high-quality standards.

Job description

Based at our welcoming Roskilde office, you will join the Workplace department, which develops and maintains BEC’s cloud-based Microsoft Modern Workplace, including Microsoft 365 administration services, for BEC and our 25 Danish banking customers. As a Microsoft 365 Platform/System Engineer, you will join a team of dedicated professionals focused on developing the Microsoft 365 services of our Modern Workplace services. You will be part of a cross-country, agile Microsoft 365 team comprising 12 dedicated professionals. At BEC, we value regular in-office collaboration while offering flexibility to work remotely for up to eight days per month. You will report to Anne-Mette Bluhme.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Administering and maintaining workplace systems and Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of these services
• Implementing and managing security controls for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Participating in projects to develop new services
• Delivering webinars to customers when introducing new services
• Handling second-line Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 services
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Office, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
• Customer-oriented thinking and high-quality standards
• Experience delivering system guidelines for customers
• The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams
• Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to share knowledge with others

It would also be an advantage to have:

• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
• Knowledge of networking and identity management in cloud environments
• Experience in the financial sector
