Job summary

Satair is seeking a Business Analyst, Repair Services based in Copenhagen. You will oversee end-to-end performance of the Repair Services product line, guiding opportunities from discovery to go-to-market collaboration with internal partners.

You will monitor financial and operational KPIs, map business processes, and help design new models and tools. This role requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years in a multinational B2B setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with multinational B2B experience in sales, product/program mgmt, or supply chain.
• Strong data storytelling and executive summary skills.
• Proficient use of SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Experience with business reporting processes and measurable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market commercial strategies aligned with product line strategy and business objectives.
• Support portfolio evolution and evolution of the repair services offering.
• Analyze processes and map complex workflows to streamlined paths.
• Collaborate with AI assistants and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly design internal apps.

The Team's Mission

Our mission is to ensure the commercial success of our product line, “Satair Repair Services” by driving its profitable growth. We hold the full ownership of our services - covering the repair, lease, and exchange of high-value structural aircraft parts (like flight controls) as well as avionics, and mechanical components from leading OEMs, and are in charge of the strategic and tactical steering of the product line.

Your Role

Based out of Copenhagen, you will play a central role in enhancing the overall business performance of the Repair Services product line. You will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle: from identifying new business opportunities and guiding partners through collaboration with Satair, to developing effective go-to-market strategies and tracking financial/operational performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams is essential to your success, as is monitoring the End to End (E2E) flow of business value from customer request to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth: Define go-to-market commercial strategies aligned with product line strategy and business objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that directly drive business growth, managing them from concept to completion.
• Portfolio Evolution: Support enhancement and evolution of our portfolio
• Re-design Business Models & Asset Management: Analyze, map, and simplify complex organizational processes, technical dependencies, and business frameworks into clear, streamlined operational paths.
• Rapid Tool & App Co-Development: Collaborate with AI assistants (e.g., Gemini) and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly design, prototype, and deploy internal apps and tools that solve corporate needs with the focus being on the business outcome.
• Analytics & Performance Steering: Collect, streamline, and analyze critical financial, operational, and technical data. Actively monitor leading KPIs on business health and initiate corrective measures. Transform historical data into forward-looking trends to enable timely, informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Actively bring together focal points from the wider Airbus & Satair organization (Repair, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, etc.).

Education & Professional Background

• A Master’s degree combined with 3 years of professional experience in a multinational B2B corporate environment in sales, product/program management, or supply chain, or in a role within aviation.
• Data Storytelling: High proficiency in data analytics with the ability to translate raw numbers into a compelling narrative and well-designed executive summaries.
• Proficient use of SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Comfortable participating in business reporting processes and establishing quantifiable deliverables.
