CLIMIFY in Denmark seeks a Technical Sales & Customer Success Associate – Buildings & Energy for 10–20 hours per week. Danish proficiency is essential.

You will support outreach, research potential customers, and assist in identifying technical solutions while guiding customers in using CLIMIFY effectively. This role suits someone with a technical bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing a master’s at DTU or EK, focusing on building energy, indoor climate, or related fields.

Formación

• Danish proficiency in speech and writing is essential.
• Good fundamental understanding of energy use in buildings and building systems.
• Willingness to combine engineering with customer-facing/commercial work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers via phone, networking and events.
• Research relevant customer segments and decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and identify CLIMIFY solutions.
• Support demonstrations, proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Guide existing customers to derive value from CLIMIFY.
• Capture feedback and relay needs to commercial/technical teams.
• Maintain structured records of leads and next steps.
