Job summary

DTU Management is seeking a project manager to coordinate climate and energy policy projects. You will manage meetings, data handling, reporting, and dissemination for EU/ Danida funded research, fostering collaboration across consortia.

The role is based at the DTU Lyngby Campus and requires strong English communication and a background in energy systems. The position is a full-time academic employee contract running for two years, starting 1 January 2027, with salary negotiations under the AC

Qualifications

A relevant master’s degree (or equivalent).
Practical experience with project management and dissemination.
Experience with handling different types of data.
Knowledge on energy systems and planning.
Experience with Microsoft Suite software and LaTeX collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Organise project meetings, dissemination activities, and data handling for EU projects.
Support milestones, reporting, and governance across project consortia.
Foster collaborations across consortia and stakeholders to meet EU deliverables.
Provide administrative support to Energy Planning course funded by Danida.
Contribute to scientific dissemination and research communication for stakeholders.
