By joining TILSTROM, you will become part of a strong, growing team of engineering consultants who support and learn from each other. We maintain a professional yet friendly work environment, with a flat hierarchy that encourages open communication and collaboration. We believe in having fun while creating something fantastic for our clients. As a permanent employee, you’ll enjoy the stability of a full‑time position with the freedom of flexible hours and a healthy work‑life balance. This is a great opportunity if you’re seeking both stability and variety in your career – you'll have long‑term development prospects while working on exciting projects across different industries.
We have locations in Greater Copenhagen and Aarhus, and this role can be based in either (with some travel to client sites in Denmark, so you should be comfortable commuting).
