Job summary

AGC Biologics A/S in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to link production units with Engineering and ensure equipment meets quality and GMP standards. You will supervise equipment status, plan preventive maintenance, and support maintenance planning across Buffer, Upstream, and Downstream areas.

The role requires coordinating maintenance tasks, strong organization, and effective communication with cross‑functional teams, with English documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical background in a relevant field (e.g., Process Operator, Industrial/Mechanical Technician).
• Experience in GMP-regulated production or biotech/pharma.
• Experience coordinating maintenance tasks across departments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overview of equipment status, maintenance plans, and ongoing tasks for Buffer, Upstream, and Downstream.
• Support and help coordinate preventive maintenance activities together with Engineering.
• Act as a key contact point between the production units and Engineering for planned maintenance and breakdowns.
• Help ensure swift escalation and follow-up when equipment fails, to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to the prioritization of maintenance tasks based on production needs
• Support equipment-related documentation, including logbooks and maintenance records, in line with GMP.
• Participate in deviation handling and investigations when equipment-related issues occur.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and the collaboration between production and Engineering
• Plan and execute transport of equipment.
