Job summary

AGC Biologics, Inc. in Søborg is seeking a Senior Technician to support mammalian upstream manufacturing. You will execute and optimize steps in the seed train, inoculation, and bioreactor operations, ensuring GMP-compliant and high-quality production.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, science, and quality teams, contribute to LEAN/5S improvements, and maintain clear documentation in English while working in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with upstream processes such as seed train expansion, inoculation, bioreactor operation, or aseptic handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support critical steps in the mammalian cell culture production process.
• Operate bioreactors and monitor key process parameters (pH, temperature, DO) and document production activities following GMP.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN and 5S).
• Collaborate with QA, QC, PLE, PE and Manufacturing Support to maintain process reliability and compliance.
