Qualifications

  • Experience with coding and development of bioinformatic pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide bioinformatic and computational support for processing genomic data.
  • Assist with whole-genome sequencing data QA/QC for downstream analyses.
  • Develop and optimize bioinformatic workflows and pipelines.
  • Support genomic analyses of individual and pooled resequencing data.
  • Collaborate with staff, students and faculty on genomic-related projects.
