Shell Biogas in Denmark seeks a seasoned engineer to develop and operate maintenance programs for biogas plants. You will lead projects across Europe, drive risk-based maintenance, and collaborate with regional operations and our Engineering team in Denmark.

• Relevant technical background in mechanical or marine engineering.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of process plants.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and routines.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for improvements to reduce costs and increase capacity.
• Drive and develop maintenance programs based on risk assessment.
• Lead multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement projects across Europe.
• Ensure knowledge sharing between Asset Management Technical Support and project teams.
• Develop systems and processes related to workflows and document management.
• Support operations to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to safety and performance culture.
