Job summary

Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas is Denmark's largest biogas producer, with sites at Aarhus and Odense. The role centers on developing and operating the maintenance program, leading major projects, and optimizing production across biogas plants in Europe.

You will report to the Asset Management Technical Support Manager and collaborate with local operations and the Engineering department in Denmark. Fluency in English and Danish is required, with on-site work and some travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience with operation and maintenance of process plants.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies and routines.
• Experience with maintenance systems and documentation practices.
• Biogas production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvements, including optimization of biogas plants and cost reduction.
• Drive and develop maintenance programs based on risk assessment and strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement projects across Europe.
• Ensure knowledge sharing between Asset Management Technical Support and project teams.
• Develop systems and processes for workflows and document management.
• Support operations in regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to safety and performance culture.
