Job summary

Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas is seeking two Technical Graduates to join a two‑year Emerging Talent Program starting February 2027. You will rotate across Asset Management, Engineering and Supply Chain, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to international projects as you develop into a future technical leader in Europe’s biogas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong communication in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Denmark and internationally.
• Interest in sustainability and the green energy transition.
• No more than one year of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8‑month rotations across Asset Management, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Gain experience in project management and planning for biogas projects.
• Work with a team of professionals to deliver value across Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas.
