Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a BIM Model Spatial Coordinator for a Copenhagen, Denmark-based life sciences project on an initial 12-month contract. You will review designs, coordinate multidisciplinary models and lead clash detection sessions to ensure spatial compliance.

The role requires strong experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360, and a track record of resolving design conflicts on large CAPEX projects in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPCM, engineering consultancy, or client organisation.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
• Experience leading design reviews and coordinating stakeholders.

BIM Model Spatial Coordinator – Copenhagen, Denmark – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a BIM Model Spatial Coordinator to support the delivery their project based in Copenhagen. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What You’ll Deliver

• Review and challenge multidisciplinary designs for coordination, compliance and constructability.
• Identify design conflicts, spatial constraints and integration issues.
• Lead model reviews and technical design assurance workshops.
• Drive resolution of clashes and design discrepancies.
• Assess design maturity and readiness for construction.

Experience required:

• Experience working for an EPCM, engineering consultancy, architectural practice, or owner/client organisation.
• Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and clash detection/model review processes.
• Previous involvement in large CAPEX projects, ideally within pharmaceutical,
• biotech, life sciences, semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design reviews, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring model quality and spatial compliance.
