Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a BIM Lead for a major Data Centre project in Denmark. You will lead the BIM function across the project lifecycle, coordinating with design, construction and subcontractor teams to ensure quality and compliance with BEP and LOD standards.

Based in Denmark, you will mentor BIM Modellers and Coordinators, manage model information, and support site teams with installation planning and handover readiness while aligning with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BIM experience within the construction industry.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination on active construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and Levels of Development (LOD).
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM function across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and coordinate the BIM team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Plan and distribute modelling tasks while tracking progress against project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BEP, project standards and required LOD.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to BIM Modellers and Coordinators.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage or equivalent software and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date model information, including parameters and tagging.
• Develop and manage red-line models and ensure accurate as-built BIM documentation.
• Prepare and maintain coordination reports and model issue registers.
• Support site teams with current BIM models for installation planning and coordination.
• Assist with development and validation of as-built models for handover.

BIM Lead - Data Centre Project - Denmark ProSource Group are working with a leading Fit-Out Contractor who are seeking a BIM Lead for a major Data Centre Project in Denmark. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Management, Design, Construction and Subcontractor teams to ensure the successful delivery of BIM requirements throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM function across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and coordinate the BIM team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Plan and distribute modelling tasks while tracking progress against project schedules and key milestones.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards and required Levels of Development (LOD).
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to BIM Modellers and Coordinators.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage or equivalent software and oversee the resolution of coordination issues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and design workshops.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date model information, including parameters, asset data and tagging.
• Develop and manage red-line models and ensure accurate as-built BIM documentation.
• Prepare and maintain coordination reports, model issue registers and other BIM documentation.
• Support site teams with current BIM models for installation planning, sequencing and construction coordination.
• Assist with the development and validation of as-built models for project handover.
• Ensure BIM activities are delivered in accordance with project procedures and relevant ISO standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National qualification in BIM, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' BIM experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience as a BIM Lead, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
• Strong experience delivering BIM on large-scale commercial, fit-out, industrial or Data Centre projects.
• Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination on active construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous European project experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to work site-based in Denmark.
