Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a BIM Model Spatial Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on coordinating BIM models, reviewing designs and driving clash resolution for a life sciences project.

You will lead design reviews, identify spatial constraints and ensure readiness for construction using Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Architecture or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in BIM coordination, management, and digital design coordination.
• Experience with EPCM/engineering consultancy environments or owner-operator organisations.

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a BIM Model Spatial Coordinator to support the delivery their project based in Copenhagen. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What you’ll deliver:

• Review and challenge multidisciplinary designs for coordination, compliance and constructability.
• Identify design conflicts, spatial constraints and integration issues.
• Lead model reviews and technical design assurance workshops.
• Drive resolution of clashes and design discrepancies.
• Assess design maturity and readiness for construction.

Experience required:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in BIM coordination, BIM management, design coordination, or digital engineering.
• Experience working for an EPCM, engineering consultancy, architectural practice, or owner/client organisation.
• Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and clash detection/model review processes.
