Landfolk is seeking a part-time Guest & Host Care Assistant based in Aarhus, starting autumn 2026. You’ll support the Guest & Host Care team by helping guests and hosts feel guided and cared for via phone, chat and email.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via chat, email and phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle daily assigned tasks in a structured and timely manner.
• Prepare and hand over more complex cases with context and information.
• Share observations to improve user experience and workflows.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes for hosts, guests and partners.
