Job summary

SameSystem, based in Copenhagen, is hiring a BI Consultant to own the BI and reporting side of our platform. You will build and maintain reports in Sisense and partner with customers to translate business questions into analytics that drive decisions.

The role is in the Customer Success team, enabling commercial insights beyond back-office data work. Fluency in Danish is a requirement, with English also used for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools.
• Fluency in English and Danish is preferred; strong communication with customers required.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills; build data models and reporting logic.
• Able to own reporting end-to-end and articulate business value to customers.
• Experience presenting to operations and management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI reports and dashboards in Sisense.
• Translate customer requirements into data models and reporting logic.
• Own reporting quality across accounts, including validation and iteration.
• Develop new reporting capabilities and scope custom development work.
