Job summary

Secomea is seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to own the Benelux territory and drive new business across manufacturers, machine builders, and system integrators. You will build pipeline, manage opportunities, and close deals with formal paper processes.

This role reports to the Regional Manager for Northern Europe/APAC and offers significant autonomy, a defined growth path, and collaboration with SDRs, marketing, presales, and customer success teams. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, industrial technology or related fields.
• Experience selling to Benelux HQ’d companies.
• Experience prospecting and generating own pipeline.
• Experience managing opportunities through full sales cycle and closing with MSAs, MFAs, SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the commercial strategy for the Benelux territory.
• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, partner collaboration, and territory planning.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing a signed agreement.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, machine builders, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales forecast and disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce and Clari.
