Job summary

Resolute Bio in Copenhagen is seeking a Software Engineer to help build the ResOne backend and data services. You will turn scientific workflows into reliable APIs, design data models for billions of observations, and guide Streamlit tools toward real applications.

You will join a small, international team, work on on-site architecture decisions, and apply AI-assisted tooling while maintaining strong judgment on what to build for robust platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years building and shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with real-world scientific or high-volume data is preferred.
• Ability to design reliable backend architectures and data models.

Responsibilities

• Build the services and APIs behind ResOne - backend services, internal APIs, and serving layers.
• Design data models for proteomic and imaging data at scale.
• Develop processing workflows with clear contracts and provenance.
• Create interactive tools for scientists using Streamlit and evolve them to real apps.
• Automate QC, reporting, and overall pipeline automation.
