Job summary

Resolute Bio is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the cloud foundations behind ResOne, spanning multi-account AWS, governance, and data pipelines. You will build scalable infrastructure for high-throughput proteomic data processing and model training in a small, international Copenhagen team.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, ensure observability, and optimize costs while advancing compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building platforms or solutions on AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale data systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud foundations for ResOne - multi-account AWS organization, governance, compute, storage, networking, IAM, secrets, and guardrails.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure across AWS and GPU clusters for high-throughput data processing, model training, and inference.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code - evolve IaC repos and migrate production cloud resources to Terraform.
• Make the platform observable - instrument metrics, logs, and traces, and build dashboards and alerts.
• Own platform unit economics - extend cost allocation and tagging into dashboards and anomaly detection.
• Evolve the platform toward compliance and data governance requirements - access control, auditability, and data lineage.
• Build the data foundations - storage architecture and streaming/batch pipelines.
• Write production Python behind the platform - orchestration flows and internal services.
• Take end-to-end ownership of architecture decisions in collaboration with wet-lab and computational scientists.
