Job summary

BAT Sweden is seeking a Marketing Deployment Executive to drive channel marketing plans and activation touchpoints in Copenhagen, with commuting to Malmo. You will lead retailer-facing communications across B2B touchpoints and plan trade fairs and events, coordinating with cross-functional teams and partner agencies.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing activation or trade marketing, a university degree in Marketing or related field, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing activation, deployment, trade marketing or a similar role; FMCG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer and customer journeys, and activation channels.

Responsibilities

• Own selected channel marketing deployment plans and activation touchpoints, aligned with brand plans and cycle objectives.
• Lead the development, deployment and optimization of retailer-facing communications across physical and digital B2B touchpoints.
• Plan and execute trade fairs and retailer events, including content, logistics, stakeholder management and post-event evaluation.
• Brief, manage and challenge creative, production and deployment agencies to ensure timely, high-quality and cost-efficient execution.
• Manage budgets, spend tracking and financial processes within the area of responsibility.
• Track performance and report results and insights into marketing drumbeats and post-implementation reviews.
