Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Solutions A/S is seeking a Business Controller to bridge finance and operations, strengthening the finance function and supporting digital transformation, including BI, automation and AI-based analysis.

You will own business controlling, month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, using SAP R/3, SQL, Excel and BI tools to turn data into clear commercial insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as Business Controller or Finance Business Partner.
• Ideally from a production or service business where finance links orders, projects, and operations.
• Solid finance foundation with a relevant degree and motivation to work close to operations.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Excel KPI models.
• Experience from an international group and cross-border collaboration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Business controlling, month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support management decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Identify drivers of performance deviations and translate analyses into clear commercial insights.
• Collaborate across finance and operations to strengthen the link between both areas.
