Loyalty Key in Copenhagen Ø, Denmark, seeks a Business Process Automation Specialist who can spot inefficient workflows and turn manual processes into automated solutions. This hands-on role spans Marketing, Sales, Partner Success and IT, combining process understanding with practical implementation.

You should be technical, capable with automation tools, scripting and integrations, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience improving or automating business processes.
• Understand integrations, APIs and how different systems work together.
• Hands-on with automation tools, scripts or technical solutions.
• Able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive, curious and looking for smarter ways of working.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-assisted automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual or inefficient workflows and improve them through automation, integrations, scripting or better use of existing systems.
• Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Partner Success and IT) to implement solutions.
• Take an active role in implementing the automation solutions.
