You will identify inefficiencies, implement practical technical solutions, and work hands-on with automation tools. AI-assisted automation is an advantage, but broader automation is the focus.

Qualifications

• Experience improving or automating business processes.
• Understanding integrations, APIs and how systems work together.
• Hands-on with automation tools, scripts or technical solutions.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive and curious, seeking smarter ways of working.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-assisted automation is a plus.

• Spot and assess manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
